Refund Policy

In case a Primary Physician is not able to attend your prior booked paid appointment, you can request for rescheduling an appointment or a refund by contacting Customer Care Executive. Refunds will not be applicable once the consultation with the physician is done.

The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the banks. Santevita Hospitals will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online.
